The Patient Care Manager, Perioperative services will be responsible for the human and financial resources of the Peri-operative Services department and Pre assessment clinic at Richmond Hill site (MRRH), while meeting the departmental and corporate strategic priorities. This role will provide strategic development and administrative leadership in a program management model, collaboratively with the Clinical Director and Medical Director.
The host/hostess is responsible for assisting patients with meals including meal selection, service and retrieval, in accordance with the patient’s dietary needs/restrictions. You will assist patients with making appropriate daily menu selections. You will prepare, assemble and deliver patient meal trays and snacks. You will calculate modified diets/fluid restrictions, calories, etc. You will also perform various kitchen duties including sanitation, set-up and completing temperature logs and use an automated tablet to record and transfer meal selections to computer.
