Position Overview
Mackenzie Health Division of Orthopedic Surgery is looking to recruit an orthopedic surgeon with a subspecialty in hip and knee arthroplasty and same day joint procedures, to join our orthopedic surgery division. The successful candidate will work at the Mackenzie Richmond Hill Hospital and Cortellucci Vaughan Hospital.
Education – Certification – Licenses
All candidates must have a medical degree approved by the CPSO, an independent CPSO license, certification in the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons, postgraduate training in Orthopedic Surgery, hip and knee arthroplasty fellowship and CMPA or equivalent in good standing.
Region: Central Ontario - Urban - York Central GTA
Areas of Interest:  Orthopedic Surgery – Hip/knee arthroplasty.  
Preferred: Experience with same day joints and robotics
Remuneration: OHIP fee for service   
On Call: 1 in 10
Existing Staff: 9 Orthopedic Surgeons
