The Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing senior-level administrative and organizational support to the Associate Vice Presidents; Continuing Care & Community Integration, and Acute Clinical Transformation & Growth. The Administrative Assistant will provide complex and confidential administrative support in a dynamic environment and will function with a high degree of attention to detail, quality, accuracy, and prioritization of work in a team setting. Administrative Assistant will also coordinate and prepare agendas with supporting documents, records while transcribing minutes for a variety of meetings, draft documents and correspondence including contracts, letters, responses, memorandums, announcements, and presentations, manage calendars, organize travel and conference arrangements, and co-ordinates a variety of engagements with both external and internal clients, and provides administrative support to the Program Director and team for projects and initiatives as required.
