Transporter - Patient and Linen Transport - CVH

Casual

 

The transportation of patients and the distribution of clean/soiled material throughout the hospital. 

What must you have?

  • High School education or equivalent. 

What else do you bring? 

  • Promotes and assists with activities for Quality Improvement. 
  • Crisis Patient Intervention (CPI). 
  • Seeks help and accepts guidance when a gap in competence is identified. 
  • Continually seeks ongoing education.

  • Ability to perform the essential duties of the job.

Preferably, your profile also includes:

  • Previous experience within the Transporter classification
  • Previous related experience in a healthcare environment
  • Computer literacy in a Windows environment  
  • Working Knowledge of PageMaker, Access, Quattro Pro, and Scheduling Systems
